Ireland launches women's football league.  →
Ireland is launching a Women’s football league and it will start in November with 6 teams. The league winning team will earn a place in the Women’s Champions League 2012/13 The teams: Peamount United, Castlebar Celtic FC, Cork Women’s FC, Raheny United, Shamrock Rovers and Wexford Youths Women’s AFC.
